The suites are impressively clean, and for that level of cleanliness the price seems reasonable. Brother Abu Muhammad welcomed us warmly, gave great service, and was flexible. The bedroom furniture is comfortable and luxurious, while the living room sofas were neat and clean. The dining table looked elegant too. Bathrooms were clean, with laundry available on request. In the kitchen we had utensils, an electric stove, kettle, microwave, and iron. Staff were courteous, polite, and ready to help. Praise be to God, these suites are well deserving of appreciation.

I had a really bad experience. The price was high, and there wasn’t any drinking water, tea, or sugar. The rooms get very cold in winter, and there’s no carpet. The air conditioning only cools.

The place cost 550 riyals, though I’m not sure whether that price is fixed or has changed. They also required a 500 riyal security deposit, to be returned at checkout. The Egyptian receptionist and cleaning staff were quick to respond. I traveled from Riyadh to the south and rented an apartment in Ahad Rafidah. It was clean and spacious, with lovely furniture. There was a bedroom with its own bathroom, plus a children’s room with three beds. The living room had seating, a TV, and a dining table. A second bathroom served the living room. The kitchen had a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and two electric oven burners. May God bless the owner. I recommend it to anyone visiting Ahad Rafidah.
