There are restaurants on both sides, and Rayden Mandi is right next door. The rooms are spacious and very good, and it’s a great spot for a vacation in Al Baha. Staff are cooperative, though the tea bags and water are provided only once a day and in very small amounts, so it’s better to bring your own.

Everything in the apartment was working well, the rooms were clean, the internet was great, and parking wasn’t a problem. Staff were nice and cooperative. Shops and restaurants including Albaik, Mcdonald, and Tazij, plus a grocery store, are all within 2 km. Ragdan Forest and other parks are a 5-10 minute drive away. Prices go up in peak season and come down otherwise, in line with what the reviewer describes as government rates. The hotel is neat and clean.

For the price, this is one of the best hotels we’ve seen in Albaha. It’s close to markets, restaurants, banks, and Raghdan forest. The place was clean and quiet, and the administration and staff were friendly. We’ll definitely come back.

A cozy little furnished place, and our stay wasn’t bad. It seems well suited to families with three or four kids. Fixing some of the heaters would make it better.

The price felt a little high because of the season. The place is maintained, but it’s old, and the furniture and bathroom fittings need improvement. I’d give it 6/10.
