I asked for the garbage bin to be cleaned 12 hours ago, but nobody came or even responded. The room service is terrible. Astaghfirullah.

We arrived around midnight and they still had rooms available for us. They were very accommodating.

The room was spacious and nice, and it was clean. Being close to a major road did make it a bit noisy.

The supervisor personally worked with housekeeping and cleaned everything, which is the only reason I stayed. The bed sheets were dusty and dirty, the toilet was dirty, and the phone line was broken with no way to insert a replacement phone. There was a dead insect inside the vending machine door, the bathroom ceiling was discolored, and there was a lot of rust in the bathroom.

We only asked whether they could move us or provide extra beds after being given a room with one bed for four people. When we went back to reception, the receptionist was rude and said he wasn't the one making the beds or running the hotel. It doesn't deserve a single star.
