Al Ahsa Grand Hotel

The location made things easy, with nearly every service close by, and the staff were friendly. It was spacious, luxurious, and clean too. One of the best places I've stayed.

Parking was plentiful during my stay. There are uncovered spaces outside and basement parking too, though the basement is tight to maneuver, especially in a large car or truck. Busy periods could make parking harder, but there should still be a spot outside. As far as I know, there's no valet service. My Junior Suite was very spacious. The decor felt a bit dated in places, but everything was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small to medium in size but worked fine, the steam cleared quickly, and shower pressure and temperature stayed steady. The pillows were the room's one real drawback for me: one was too low and two were too high, though I'm picky about pillows. Staff were kind and helpful without hovering, which suited me. Breakfast was included for free, but I slept through it. Laundry was good, if a little slow. WiFi was inconsistent on the 9th floor, ranging from 80mbps download to barely 1mbps, and sometimes cutting out, so I used LTE/4G instead. I chose a high floor for the view, so that was a trade-off I was fine with. The price may be a little high, but finding a good hotel in Al Ahsa can be difficult. I'd definitely recommend staying here and would come back.

Breakfast was superb, really tasty, and Mr. Abdul latheef at reception listened to our concerns and helped us out a lot. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the tower had all the facilities we needed. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely visit again.

We booked from Qatar for our last trip to Al-Ahsa, choosing an 80 sq M suite. It had a bedroom with a queen bed, a hall, an open kitchen, and two bathrooms. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the tower had all the facilities we needed. The location was perfect, and breakfast was superb and really tasty. Mr. Abdul latheef at reception was very helpful, listened to our concerns, and supported us well. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely visit again.
