The rooms were comfortable and quiet, with the things you need, and the staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help. Grand Day Hotel was spotless and clearly well cared for, with a welcoming feel that made me feel at home. My stay was better than I expected, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 🌟

No matter how many times I asked, they never cleaned my room. It was the worst experience I’ve had.

The staff were kind and hospitable. AlAhsa is a good place to stay, with the old town and Souq AlQisariya nearby, though the Standard Double Room I chose was really tiny.

I left about 15 minutes after checking in because of an emergency, and they wouldn’t even discuss canceling, despite my not having used any amenities. Check-in itself took a long time. The parking location was even worse than the rooms and service, which felt far below what the high price should get you. I’m not coming back, and I do wonder how this hotel got a 4-star rating.

Arwa was so helpful, and the rest of the hotel staff were kind and helpful too. I had a lovely time sitting here and really enjoyed it. Thanks to everyone, and I hope to come back soon.
