The reception team, Ali, Ali, Hussain, Yusuf, Maryam, Reham, and Fatimah, were fantastic. They were efficient and their smiles were contagious. The security and concierge staff, Mohamed Jumaiah (Abu Rakan), Ali Al bander, and Weal, were warm and clearly committed to making me comfortable. I especially want to thank _Mohamed Jumaiah (Abu Rakan)_. He cheerfully took my bags, then humbly refused my tip and said, _"The only thing that matters to me is to see you back and welcome you"_. His service made a lasting impression. I’d love the hotel to pass along my thanks to him.

The breakfast had lots of variety and was good, although the dining space felt a little small. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and looks more luxurious than other InterContinental hotels in this region. I expected more from the service, especially room cleaning and help at the front desk. Staff could use more training in communication and service, with closer attention to detail.

The food was excellent and beautifully presented, and the 6th floor executive lounge deserves special mention for its outstanding service. The hotel was immaculate, and every staff member was amazing and highly professional. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it.

The food was a highlight, especially the South Indian breakfast. I’m grateful to the Hotel Manager for assigning Mahadev to prepare it for us. Mahadev and the other chefs greeted us warmly, and the tasting menu showed a clear vision, with each course building on the last through seasonal ingredients, precise cooking, and balanced flavors. Poori, Daal kichidi, and Upma were my favorites, they melted in my mouth. I’m eager to come back and try more of the changing menu. At the restaurant, Prashanth, Asif, and the others greeted us with genuine smiles and suggested dishes that suited us. They anticipated what we needed, refilled hot and cold drinks without being asked, cleared plates at the right time, and checked in after each course. They handled a substitution smoothly and apologized kindly for the trouble. Their warm, professional service made the meal relaxed and left us feeling well cared for. Check-in was quick and easy, and the receptionist welcomed me with a smile and took time to explain the amenities and nearby dining options. They were polite, patient, and attentive throughout my stay. The front desk service stood out, and I’d gladly return for that reception alone.
