Triple Tree

Sara was so kind and caring, and I really liked her personality and attitude. Staying focused during Ramadan can’t be easy, and she’s a great credit to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and professional. Triple Tree Hotel was clean and well maintained, though nothing fancy. I expected noise since it’s next to a main road, but there wasn’t any problem at all. Thanks for a nice stay.

The location was very convenient, but the stay had some clear issues. When I called at 2 PM to ask about a room before 4, the person on the phone communicated poorly and acted unprofessionally. They also refused to let me speak to a manager, saying none were on site. There were no towels in the room, and breakfast was below par.

Housekeeping never came to my room for three days straight, and the mess that built up made the stay uncomfortable and left me worried about hygiene. I raised it with the staff, but they didn't respond well or take action right away. That made an already poor experience even more frustrating. Routine cleaning shouldn't be ignored, and it left me questioning the hotel's cleanliness standards. I hope they improve their housekeeping, but as things stand, I can't recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-kept place.

The service was good, and the location is why I give it four stars. There are places to shop and eat outside, which I loved. Our apartment was decent, though the dark decor made it feel gloomy. The hotel also seemed dirty: we spotted a cockroach in the hallway, and the blankets and curtains were dusty. Our room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.
