The beach area looks amazing, and the hotel is conveniently placed for the industrial plants and services around Jubail. The building looks a little dated inside and out, but it’s extremely clean, tidy, and very well maintained. I stayed overnight at the InterContinental in Jubail and found the room modern, well equipped, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and breakfast had plenty of options and was particularly good. A very pleasant stay, and I’d happily return.

The food had great variety and tasted delicious, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. We stayed here as a family and enjoyed the visit from start to finish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so we felt right at home. It was a fantastic stay, and we’d happily come back. I’d recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, enjoyable experience.

The beach was very well maintained, and the resort’s facilities were clean with nice dining options. Whenever we needed something in the room, service was quick. Everyone did a great job, though Ziyad at the front desk, Sadil the bell boy, and Lokman in dining stood out in particular. They made our stay wonderful. The resort is great overall, but sea view rooms would be a good improvement.

The location, facilities, and service were all excellent, and I’d absolutely recommend this high class hôtel. Chef Mr. Amrun from Egypt delighted all of us with his superb creations. I travel a lot, but it’s hard to find a master chef like him, thank you so much! Mr. Humayun is an excellent chef too. He prepares delicious dishes and is always ready to guess what you might want in advance.
