The room was clean and the place very quiet, and the staff were friendly. I like staying here and have booked many times. Thanks for accommodating us and for the service.

The noise was the final straw: renovation work started at 9 AM, with drilling and hammering. I raised it on the first day and was told it would only be that day, but it carried on early the next morning too. Parking was nearly impossible, the AC barely cooled the room, and the internet was so weak it was basically unusable. The bed cover was yellow and stained; they changed it when I asked, but the replacement was stained as well. I’d stayed here before and had a great experience, so this was a complete letdown. Bad in every way, and I won’t come back.

The staff were helpful and cooperative, and the location was good. The bedroom was okay, but the rest of the place was in poor shape. The furniture was old, and the sofa set looked worn from use. The washroom was the worst part: the shower and WC flush did not work, and there were no towels.

I found this serviced apartment comfortable, affordable, and easy to get around from during my business trip to Jubail. It sits in a quiet residential area within the city. There’s a local dessert shop and a laundry right beside the building, a mosque across the road, and a Turkish restaurant about a three-minute walk away. I’d recommend it for a personal, family, or work trip to Jubail.
