There’s no laundry inside the property, but an express laundry shop is right next door. The service is great and fast. It’s in a safe, lively part of Jubail, close to markets, restaurants, and highways. Highly recommended.

I booked online through agoda. com, then was shocked when the hotel refused to honor the booking because of contract issues with oyo and agoda. com. I still haven’t received a refund, since the hotel won’t reply or confirm my online booking. They took my money. I hope to report them to Saudi police for an investigation, and hope others don’t go through what I did. Be careful!

The reception crew were professional, thanks to them. It’s the best hotel around.
