The calm, harmonious atmosphere made it easy to relax here. The reception team were professional, warm, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Ibrahim gave me a kind welcome and excellent hospitality, which made the stay more memorable. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly visit again. Highly recommended.
The one issue was a damp, stuffy smell in the room, possibly from humidity. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Aswar Boutique Hotel is near Dhahran Mall, with an excellent location and service.
Read the fine print, everyone. The paper contract says there’s no refund if you leave early, even with weeks left on your stay. I booked through Booking.com and didn’t see this mentioned anywhere there, but they had me sign a paper contract when I arrived. One star for the chief, though.
Such a wonderful place, and the hotel crew were lovely. Ali and Mahamood were very humble and welcoming, and Mohammed Ibrahim had a smiley face.
The staff are always happy to help, and the cleanliness is very nice. Ibrahim from housekeeping gave good service. I’ll definitely visit again.
