The price is affordable, and the rooms are comfortable. It's a safe, nice hotel, though not luxurious, and a good option for ordinary people. I appreciate that they have rooms for disabled guests. The bathroom is very well maintained, and downstairs there's a cozy bar where guests watch football, along with the lobby area. Not every room has a good view. Mine, room number 410 & 409, faced a plain wall. I sincerely recommend the hotel.

The photos on the booking site matched what I found, and the hotel was very clean, with neat rooms and calming decor. I was surprised by how good it was for its category, easily worth five stars. The atmosphere felt positive, and the location was great, near a supermarket, laundry, and coffee shop, with Alrashid Mall across the street. I think this will be my favorite place to stay when I visit the area.

Everything was great except for one thing, and it's why I won't book here again. Every day, cooking smells came into my room through the AC. It was really annoying, and the onion and cooking odors stuck to my clothes. I had to keep the room door open for ventilation every day. I complained, but nothing was done.

The rooms are stylish, and it's a lovely place. The welcome and treatment were friendly, especially from Ms Bayan. Housekeeping and the rest of the service were excellent.

Wow, I stayed for two nights and absolutely loved this place. I'm from South Africa, and I can recommend Cindyan to any traveller. The apartments are well equipped, the rooms spotless, and the staff professional and well trained. Really amazing!
