I’ve been coming here every weekend since October 2020, and the people are nice and welcoming. I also stayed recently for 1 month and 20 days. The rooms are really nice for the price compared with other hotels at the same level. The thing that makes it uncomfortable is families making noise, as they seem to do wherever they go. Even bachelors can’t live peacefully near them. As for people saying it’s bad, maybe they should try a 7-star hotel, then they may be satisfied, though they’d lose money!

It’s clean, affordable, well located, and the beds are comfortable. There’s someone at the front desk 24/7. If you’re traveling on a budget and just need a place to rest, it’s a good option. It’s not an amazing place, though, and it’s far from a holiday getaway. The bathroom layout didn’t work for me: there’s no separation between the shower, WC, and sink. You have to wear slippers to shower, and afterwards the whole bathroom floor is wet and slippery.

The location is good, and it’s helpful that there’s a cleaning service and a mini market in the lobby for nighttime. The bed felt like it was made of stones, like whoever chose it hates people. The bathroom setup was strange too: the sink was outside in the seating area, with no mirror. It’s an okay option if you have no other choices or want a cheap place.

We got the hotel for a really cheap price, and it was very good for the money. The bedding and toilet were pretty clean, and there was a TV with Nilesat. Burger King and McDonald’s are close by. It’s 15-20 minutes from Khobar chorniche and 35-40 minutes from Half Moon Beach. The hotel is in a new area of Khobar, and the area is very clean. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing, so we could keep hearing the neighbors’ TV.
