DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dhahran

Our Nurses Day celebration felt warm and relaxing, and we really appreciated how the team welcomed and accommodated all of us. The buffet breakfast and dinner were wonderful, and the birthday surprises prepared for our staff made the occasion even more memorable. Thanks, DoubleTree by Hilton, and kudos to the whole team.

The restaurant was busy, but it still felt welcoming and well managed. There’s a broad international selection, and I especially enjoyed the Spanish omelette Chef Kumar prepared. Rey, the Supervisor, made sure guests were attended to promptly, with Bibek and Chandra always ready to help. The dining area is spacious and arranged so you can have a little privacy. The restaurant, washrooms, and food stations were all clean and organized. Seeing regular guests says a lot about the consistency. Thanks to Mr. Mohammad Bader, the F&B Manager, and the entire F&B team for creating such a memorable breakfast experience at DTH Al Khobar. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Badr and Ray were patient, smiling, and ready to help with our requests. Their hospitality, along with Abdullah Ghazal staying by me when I needed help and Ms Zakiah being available from booking through our last moment, made us feel at home. Chef Moataz cooked excellent dishes with fresh food and tender meat, and the wide selection felt worth the money. Double Tree Hilton made us feel like we were coming home. It’s a must-visit in the eastern region, with welcoming service and real respect. A home away from home.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious choices, and Sir Rey, the head waiter, went out of his way to look after us. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, nicely decorated, and had comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. We had a great stay and can’t wait to return.
