I wouldn’t choose this place for a long stay. Reception was very nice, but room service was awful. I sometimes waited all day for water, and at times no one showed up. One day, after being out all day, I came back to find every towel had been taken. I had none and waited ages for replacements. I also saw a dirty towel rehung, which was really disappointing and disgusting. I had to leave 10 days early, and the hotel refused to refund anything, not even for one day.

It was a lovely getaway, and I really enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious and nicely designed, just like the pictures. The receptionist was respectful and helpful, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating.

There’s a mosque, a panda, and a laundromat in front of the hotel, and they also offer a special breakfast service. The hotel has all kinds of facilities.
