I stayed for 3 months and everything was good. The employees were very nice until they ruined 2 polo shirts during cleaning. When I asked the manager what could be done, he said he’d worked with his employees for 2 years and believed them when they said they hadn’t done it, and that the shirts had gone to cleaning that way. I couldn’t believe the hotel manager was basically calling me a liar. He wasn’t qualified for the job. I packed my bags and moved to ALoft hotel, 2 buildings down from Dream Residence.

It’s a quiet hotel with good value and easy access to Khobar's attractions. The facilities are complete except for a pool. There’s a nice gym, a coffee shop, and a luxurious boutique worth visiting. The staff are friendly, and I strongly recommend it. I’ll definitely visit again. 👌🏼

The staff were kind and always smiling, and the service was amazing. The manager was very helpful too. Thanks!

I had bad treatment from both the management staff and the hotel owner. I left before my stay was over, and I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

If you’re visiting alkhobar or aldammam, come check this hotel out. It’s the best place I’ve slept, and it was clean and quiet.
