Dear hotel management, Faisal and Richard gave us a warm welcome, which we appreciated. Allan Labasan recommended that we stay at your hotel. Everything was good at check-in, but breakfast the next morning was a different experience. Please pay attention to how clients are treated. The Filipino staff member that morning was rude in the way he spoke and acted. Also, there were flies in the dining area.

The rooms weren’t clean, there were no towels, and many things were missing. This hotel doesn’t even deserve a 1-star rating.

I’ve tried most of the menu, so I asked Chef Rizvi if he could make a special fried rice for a change. He did, and it was one of a kind. Management should add it to the menu. Kudos to Chef Rizvi, Mr. Hussam, the F&B manager, and Richard, the F&B supervisor. Everyone in F&B was kind and polite.

We stayed with the family for just 1 night. The place was nice, clean, and tidy, and the team was great. Reception staff member Lama gave us a lovely gesture, and we loved the lemonade at reception. Such a great place to stay.

The lamb biryani was one of the best I’ve tasted. The portion was generous and the taste was great. Thanks to Chef Rizvi for cooking such a good biryani, and to F&B supervisor Richard for being so accommodating. 10/10 for Richard and Chef Rizvi.
