Hala Al Khobar Hotel

I only stayed one night at Doolv Hotel in Al Khobar while attending a conference, but I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The hotel combines modern facilities and comfort with attentive service, and stands out in the area. The reception staff were the highlight. Their warm manner, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made check-in and checkout smooth. They handled each request courteously and efficiently, creating a welcoming first impression and showing real care for guest satisfaction. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, a relaxing place to come back to after a long day at the conference. The hotel feels elegant yet cozy, and would work for business or leisure. The brief visit was very enjoyable, and I'll definitely return for a longer stay. Doolv Hotel is a great choice for good accommodation and exceptional service.

The room was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and had a relaxing feel. Everyone on staff was welcoming, professional, and quick to help, and the service and facilities were excellent. The internet barely worked, and only from one spot in the room, so getting any work done comfortably was out of the question. There were very few outlets too. In a twin room for two, there was just one coffee mug, and no complimentary coffee or tea, only sugar. Check-in took ages. I asked twice for a toothbrush and never got one, even though basic toiletries should have been in the room. The room phone was broken, so I had to go down to reception whenever I needed help. I’ll ask about the toothbrush again, but if this still isn’t sorted, I won’t be coming back.

I hope the hotel takes these customer concerns seriously. The toilet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in days, with yellow stains in the bowl. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, and the furniture was dusty. We’d stayed here last year and had an excellent experience with a clean room. On January 3-4, we booked a standard room again and specifically requested non-smoking because I had a baby with me. They first assigned room 204, but my husband found it unclean. He asked the cleaner to tidy it and went to the parking area to get us. Ten minutes later, the bedding was still dirty and unchanged. The cleaning supervisor apologized, contacted the front desk, and asked us to wait while they moved us to 210. After a few more minutes, we went there, but it smelled of smoke. We were already tired, so I didn’t argue.
