The room photos looked great, so I chose this hotel, but they seem to show it when it was new. My room was dirty, and when I asked to move, they showed me an even worse one. The bathroom leaked, and it took two days after I reported it for them to try a repair. Most of the electrical devices, including the TV, didn’t work. Bad choice.
Malls, restaurants, and shopping centers are close by, while the Villa hotel itself is in a quiet area. They often rent rooms to business or company people staying for longer periods.
I arrived at 2 am with my family and discovered that someone else had been put in my reservation under my name. I’d booked two days earlier with a non-refundable rate, then called the day before to confirm. Nobody told me about the change. This was a careless way to handle a booking, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Travelers should avoid this property, especially if they don’t want to be left looking for somewhere else in the middle of the night with family.
The apartment was tidy and really clean, and the hospitality was good too. Lovely place and worth the price.
We got an upgrade, and the apartment was impressively spacious. The cleanliness, though, wasn’t great.
