High End Gardens Hotel Apartments

I’ve stayed here twice in the last two months and would definitely return. It’s good value for money, with polite staff and a nice welcome drink, either mint-lemon or cappuccino from the cafe. The room was small, but very clean and hygienic, with central AC and temperature control. Parking is available too.

The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the staff are super friendly. They really make customer comfort and happiness a priority. This is the best value for money I’ve found in the Eastern Province.

I booked an Execituve Studio King through Agoda for a night with my family and child. The room was very spacious, with a nice, cozy bed and a kitchen stocked with a refrigerator, hotpot, and all the kitchen utensils. The bathroom was clean too. The receptionist and bell boy were friendly and welcoming, and the stay was wonderful. I’d definitely recommend the place and will visit again.

I came back yesterday, a year after my first visit, and found it just as impressive. The decor is classy, soothing, and decent. Beds are great, washrooms neat and clean, cooling excellent, and water supply is perfect. Everything you need is there, from freshly laundered towels to an iron. The staff are the friendliest, with receptionists who are always smiling and welcoming. They give you complimentary coffee on arrival from the cafe downstairs. I can’t think of a single complaint. The service and standards leave other Al-Khobar hotels far behind, even the four and five star places. And the prices beat everyone. No wonder it’s the highest rated Hotel in al Khobar, at 9.4.
