Hilton Garden Inn Al Khobar

The room was lovely, with plenty of space, tasteful decor, and good cleanliness. Housekeeping kept it in great shape each day, and the front desk team were welcoming and polite. I enjoyed my stay and thought it was good value. I'd gladly come back.

I stayed for two weeks, and the rooms were kept very clean to a high standard every day. Breakfast was especially good, and the rest of the food was very good too. The rooftop pool and gym are beautiful. Hilton Garden inn, Khobar is well placed near two major malls, restaurants, and other places around Khobar. I'd recommend it for either a short or long visit.

At a Hilton, I expected better service, but this stay was disappointing. There were no toiletries in the bathroom when I arrived, so I had to call to ask for them. When they were brought up, the staff member was rude, and challenged me when I asked for an extra toothbrush. Calls to reception also went unanswered several times, which was frustrating. These may seem like small things, but they show poor attention and service. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves the guest experience.

Dear Hilton Guest Relations Team, I was very disappointed by how my family and I were treated at Hilton Garden Inn Al Khobar. On 26 December 2025, at about 6:55 PM, I was in the lobby with my uncle and brother. We'd ordered coffee, tea, and Red Bull there. We each ate one tiny piece of our own cookies, three small bites in all. About 20 minutes later, a staff member told us that eating food from outside was forbidden and asked us to stop. The manager then came over and said we'd needed permission in advance to eat even these small cookies. The way this was handled embarrassed us and made us feel unwelcome. We were paying guests who had bought drinks, the amount of food was minimal, and there was no visible sign or prior notice about such a strict rule. As a Hilton Honors member, I found the lack of consideration and rigid response disappointing, and not in keeping with the hospitality I associate with Hilton. It concerns me that another guest could be treated the same way. Please review this and guide the hotel team toward more respectful, guest-focused handling. I would appreciate acknowledgment of my complaint and an update on any action taken. Kind regards,
