Milan Deluxe Suites

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the suite was clean and spacious. But there was only one bathroom for the two rooms, and the furniture looked very old. I had booked a non-smoking room, yet it smelled strongly of cigarettes. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it.

The neighborhood is quiet, and there's a supermarket right next door. I've stayed here several times because the staff and management are very friendly, and the room service is good. Prices are above average.

The refrigerator was broken and noisy, and smoke smell filled the corridors and seeped into the rooms. I had asked for a non-smoking room, but reception put me on a smoking floor without asking.

I spent 7 nights in a one-bedroom suite for around SAR 1900, and found it good value, especially for a family. Parking was available in the basement, with plenty of space outside too. The staff, including reception, were polite and very cooperative. Wi-Fi was good, and the centralized AC let me adjust the room temperature. The main door wasn't soundproof, though I didn't have any disturbance during my stay. The room was clean and service was good, but you need to call if you want it cleaned. The bed, sheets, towels, and napkins were clean and hygienic. There was a kitchen with basic utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, intercom, and Samsung LCD TV with a few Hindi channels. No washing machine, though. The pool was good, with no separate pool or time for men and women, and the gym was okay. Check the room at check-in, as some don't have a bathtub and the shower setup may not prevent water spilling across the bathroom floor. Breakfast was available, but I didn't try it.
