The cleanliness was awful, honestly disgusting. I paid 500 riyals for one night, and I swear it wasn't worth even 200. Have some shame. We're heading into 2026 and the place is still in decline, with cleanliness at this terrible level.

The room was small for the price, and there was no good service, cooperation, or even the basics of making things right after a mistake. The management was among the worst I've dealt with. There was no key for my room the whole time, so whenever I came or went, I had to call staff to let me in. They finally gave me a key the day before I left, then said I had a ticket, though I don't know where that went. Room service and management were nonexistent. I absolutely don't recommend this place.

I keep staying here whenever I visit the Eastern Province. It's quiet, spotlessly clean, and in a convenient location. The internet is free, fast, and useful for my work, and the staff are extremely helpful. I really like the place.
