Sedra Residence Al Khobar

After spending nearly two years here, I’ve been happy with the service. They’re always available to help and sort out maintenance questions, and the staff have been very nice to me and my family. The area is lively but still quiet, and it’s a good place to stay.

We had a triple room that was spacious, with two bathrooms, a living and dining area, and a kitchen. The location is easy to find, near Dahran mall, and there’s parking. The living room furniture was in good condition, and the price was very reasonable. The bedroom furniture looked well used, with scratches on the dressing table and stains on the wall, but it didn’t spoil our stay. Our apartment was for five, but we only got two sets of towels and toiletries, plus one pair of slippers per room, so bring your own if there are more of you. The kitchen has just the basics, including a microwave, kettle, and fridge. I’d recommend it for families or friends on a short stay.

The room was tidy and felt fresh when I walked in. It was quiet and private, and underground parking was a plus. The internet was hard to connect to, and there were no towels for guests. Still, it was a good experience overall.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. My bicycle was stolen from the parking area even though it was locked. When I asked management to check the CCTV, they were reluctant to help. The manager, 'Rami', was rude and uncooperative. He first said the camera had a problem, but it later turned out there was no camera issue. I felt he was indirectly involved with the thieves, since he kept making silly excuses. He had no manners and didn’t know how to treat a guest. He neither reimbursed me nor admitted any mistake.
