Sofitel Al Khobar The Corniche

I've been here a week and am still staying. The seventh-floor view is amazing, especially with a sea-facing room. The gym has what you need, and pairing it with the hot sauna and pool makes for a satisfying afternoon. The breakfast has plenty of variety, with a few things changing each day. The lighting, carpets and general atmosphere all feel nice. Room service has come by every day, and Mr. Noor has been doing a great job cleaning and generously refilling everything in my room. It's made the stay feel warm and cosy. A very nice place for a stay of more than 3-5 days too.

Fatima at reception made my stay more comfortable with her friendly attitude and positive energy. She was professional and welcoming from the start, handled check-in smoothly, and was ready to help with questions or requests. I really appreciate her dedication and hospitality. She's a real asset to the hotel.

The property is refined, thoughtfully designed and well cared for, but it's the people who give it its warmth. The peaceful streets and unhurried feel made my stay at Sofitel Al Khobar, from January 28th to January 30th, a real break from both outside and mental noise. Fatima and Shomokh at the front desk welcomed me with natural warmth and attention, a lovely expression of Saudi hospitality. Each morning, the cheerful greeting from the lady at the breakfast entrance also felt sincere, not routine. Those little moments stayed with me. Thank you to the Sofitel Al Khobar team for a calm, respectful and genuinely human stay. I look forward to returning.

Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant team made meals feel relaxed and personal. Junnel remembered how I take my coffee after the first morning and had it ready with a smile. Junnel, Tuli, Maryam, Udyay and Raghad were all courteous and happy to go the extra mile. At check-in, Mr Bardi and Mr Ahmad gave us such a warm welcome. The whole team made us feel at home, handled our specific room request, asked about our plans and offered suggestions suited to what we wanted to do. Their professionalism and hospitality really touched us. The care here feels personal and sincere. You can tell the staff enjoy their work and want guests to feel welcome in this amazing city.
