The calm, comfortable atmosphere was what stood out: after long days out, the suite felt like a good place to recharge. The rooms are spacious, clean and homey, unlike a typical hotel room. Staff were consistently welcoming, professional and quick to help. The location made it easy to get around, with access to main roads, malls and the Corniche. My stay at Staybridge Suites Al Khobar City by IHG just ended, and it honestly exceeded expectations. It could work well for business, family trips or a short weekend away. I'd stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Al Khobar. 👌

The evening complimentary supper was a nice extra and added real value. Breakfast was another highlight, with an enjoyable, well-prepared selection and courteous, attentive wait staff and chef. The room attendants and cleaners kept things very clean and paid attention to detail. From arrival on, reception were welcoming, efficient and ready to help, making check-in and follow-up requests easy. The whole team at Staybridge Suites Al Khobar showed real professionalism and hospitality. It's a well-managed, comfortable and welcoming place, and I'd happily recommend it.

Service was the best part. I had a small AC problem, but it was fixed in good time. Thanks to the welcoming, friendly reception team, especially Mr. Mohamed Algrainy for the excellent customer service. The apartment was spacious, clean and well organized, ready to move into. Breakfast each day and the nighttime snack were top notch. One of my best stays.

The complimentary Saudi coffee was a lovely, generous touch that made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. I recently had a great stay at this IHG property. The hotel keeps hospitality standards high, and the front office team made the visit memorable. Special thanks to Mohammad Alsharef at the front desk.

The fresh, delicious breakfast and the spotless rooms made our family stay really pleasant. It was quiet too, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. A 10 out of 10 for us. We’ll definitely come back, and I recommend it.
