The service made the meal even more enjoyable. Marry and Charmy were warm, attentive, and friendly, and made sure things were right without hovering. Their cheerful manner made the place feel comfortable. Chef Richard’s dishes were outstanding, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and memorable, and you could tell the cooking was done with real care and skill. Great food and service together made for an amazing experience. I'll come back and recommend this place to others.

The team at the Warwick Hotel made my birthday celebration memorable. They surprised me with a birthday song and a slice of cake with a candle, which was such a thoughtful, touching gesture. Thanks to everyone at Taki Restaurant, especially Miss Charmy and Mary, and to the chef too. They were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it!

I loved the amazing smell as soon as I walked into the lobby, and the room was wonderful and always refreshed, Mashalla. The bellman was so helpful from check-in through checkout. I do hope service improves in the future. I understand they may be short-staffed, but during busy times, extra support for laundry and room service would help. In particular, the evening laundry attendant shouted on the phone. Once, I was told the laundry would arrive in 10 minutes, but I fell asleep, woke up, and it still hadn't been delivered. I hope this doesn't happen next time. That's my only comment, everything else was amazing!

I wanted to do something small for my friend, who was staying at your hotel while working extremely hard, to let him know he wasn't alone. I asked whether the staff could arrange a little treat as a surprise. They were fabulous. They sorted it out straight away and even sent me a photo. I was touched by their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. I'm so grateful for the amazing service, thank you!
