That little patio with its table and chairs was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. The room was very clean, with slippers, a laundry bag, water, tea, coffee and a kettle provided. They also offered coffee and dates at check-in, plus free breakfast. The staff were wonderful. Great hotel!

Drilling noises made it hard to sleep, which was frustrating. The pricing was the bigger issue: the rates were fixed and couldn't be negotiated, even in the circumstances. With the urgency of finding somewhere to stay, it felt like the hotel was taking advantage of guests' needs and being insensitive to the situation.

I could hear everything happening in the next room, and there was no real privacy. A door in the middle of the dividing wall could be opened to enter the other room. There was no restaurant either. It was the worst hotel experience I've had.

I thought things might improve since my previous visit, but the hotel was still just as bad. There's no restaurant, and one door is all that separates the rooms, so there's no privacy. The TV is awful too. Honestly, I don't understand the five-star reviews. Maybe the hotel pays people to say nice things about it.
