The rooms are roomy and clean, and the facilities seem like they should make for a comfortable stay. But the staff weren’t especially friendly or welcoming, and that affected the atmosphere. For the price, I didn’t feel I got much value, particularly with that level of service. Good infrastructure, though service and value need work.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay much nicer. Sahary Hotel is in a great spot and has a quiet, relaxing feel. The rooms were okay, though cleaning needs improvement and the hotel could use renovation. The final five minutes of road to get there are pretty rough and need attention. A good simple option if you want somewhere peaceful 👍

Ms. Mada at reception made a real difference to my visit. She was warm and professional, shared useful information about AlUla’s historical sites, and helped a lot with transport and local arrangements. I’m also grateful to the Saudi female staff and the rest of the team. The restaurant staff served wonderfully and prepared delicious meals, and the Resort Manager and team created a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Sahary AlUla Resort is surrounded by beautiful desert scenery and offers comfort and quiet. It’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy the landscape. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting AlUla, and look forward to coming back soon.

The ladies working here were so helpful, and Kholood deserves a special thanks for her kind, positive energy ❤️❤️❤️❤️ She’s amazing. The staff are efficient, professional, and extremely kind. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable, and the familiar, cozy atmosphere makes it easy to relax and disconnect. I’ll recommend it to everyone and hope to return soon.

The room was spacious, and there are pleasant spots for walking around. The natural setting and atmosphere were beautiful and peaceful. A few things let the stay down: the internet was poor, the baby crib was old and worn, and breakfast had limited choices. When it got busy, staff had trouble keeping up.
