The Chedi Hegra

What stayed with us most was how kind everyone was. Mr. Zaher at the spa was so sweet with my kids, as if he'd known them forever, and we won't forget him. The reception team, restaurant staff and manager, and butlers were all wonderful. My daughter now tells everyone that people in Saudi Arabia are the nicest and prettiest in the world. We loved the peaceful setting and slept so well. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the food was great. Breakfast felt like an experience in itself.

Khalid at the Arabic Coffee House and Mutlaq, who knows so much and tells stories so engagingly, gave the stay a real connection to the region. Their love and knowledge of its culture, heritage, and landscape made a lasting impression. The staff as a whole were warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Set within the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hegra, The Chedi Hegra also feels deeply connected to its history. The design is quietly luxurious, with fine materials, careful finishes, and a calm atmosphere. Primaclasse restaurant was another highlight, with creative cooking, excellent ingredients, and real precision. It made dinner feel thoughtfully put together. A memorable place for culture, heritage, fine dining, and attentive hospitality.

We especially enjoyed the yoga class, which was calm and well organized, and the Saudi Coffee House gave the visit a lovely cultural feel with its refined take on Saudi hospitality. From arrival onward, the attentive, professional team made us feel genuinely looked after. Our time at The Chedi Hegra exceeded what we expected, and we'd happily recommend it. We hope to come back.

Mr. Yasir gave us a great tour of The Chedi Hegra and shared fascinating stories about the Hegra Railway. It was one of our best experiences in AlUla. We can't thank him enough. We'll definitely come back to enjoy the activities and try the new restaurants.
