It's a quiet spot a little outside town and close to elephant mountain. The resort has nice facilities, friendly people, and a good breakfast. The caravans and camps were well prepared, with central heating and cooling. There are orange and mandarin groves around the property too.

The tents were lined up beside a dirt parking area, so the orange and palm tree plantation didn't create the natural atmosphere I had imagined. Breakfast was disappointing too. With orange trees all around, it felt like a missed chance not to serve fresh oranges. Getting into town was a fairly long trip, and there was no WiFi in the tent. The bathroom was very basic, without a separate shower area. The tent itself was an interesting change, but I had booked expecting a traditional hotel room and was surprised on arrival. At over 1000 SAR a night, the setup and amenities didn't match the price or the online description. The concept has potential, but the experience was more rustic than I expected, so research carefully before booking.

The views were nice, and that's the only reason I gave it two stars. I stayed one night and couldn't put up with the awful service. The camper was tiny, with bunk beds and no ladder. For breakfast at a resort, I expected things like omelets, pancakes, or waffles. Instead, there was cheese, olives, bread, chicken, and tahnia. There was no room service or WiFi, just views. I'm sure Al Ula has better resorts.

Getting there was a little tricky, especially along the unpaved road, and the price felt high, though reasonable compared with nearby places. The room was clean and had most of the accessories we needed, but there was no iron or safe. Overall, it was a nice, peaceful stay.

We had a very bad experience on our last visit on 20 Feb 2024, when our group of 40 came. Although the number of people had been shared in advance, there wasn't nearly enough dinner for everyone. The service team's attitude and the person in charge or owner were unacceptable. The place had been good before, but after this visit our group decided not to return. The service quality did not match what tourism in such an exceptional area should be under the 2030 vision.
