On my second stay, the rooms were good and the beds comfortable. But don’t book breakfast, they don’t provide it, and there’s no room service, so you have to go to reception for anything you need. The laundry place next door has stopped working. During holiday periods, the stay is expensive. The toilets smelled bad, and although the suite is in a good location, the staff mostly seemed new or unsure what was expected of them, with a few exceptions. Helpers can access the rooms. Just an average place to stay.

The rooms are very clean and tidy, but there’s no phone extension for reception, so you have to go there whenever you need service. The complimentary breakfast was just about manageable, not great. If you can choose, try for a top floor room. With the windows open, clouds pass through your room.

The food was really good, the staff were friendly, and the wifi worked well enough. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment, and although the bedrooms were clean and tidy, the bathtub and kitchen sink weren’t. You might want to bring your own towels. I gave it only three stars because of the tub and kitchen, and because they asked us to leave at 11:45 while our checkout time was noon, saying people were waiting. We had to rush out, and in the confusion I left my hair straightener behind 😒.

There’s plenty of parking, and the front desk staff are accommodating. The apartments are spacious, with a lift available 24 hours a day. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the beds and sheets are so nice you’ll want to lie down all day.

The people at reception gave us a warm welcome, but the rooms, washroom, and kitchen were below average. The bedrooms were okay, though the drawing room wasn’t spacious. There was very little water pressure in the shower and bidet, and waste wasn’t taken away regularly. The kitchen sink was a total disappointment, with water spraying out, and the tap was fixed far too high. We stayed for two days, but overall I wouldn’t recommend it.
