I stayed for more than 25 days. The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing and always responsive, and two of them became good friends. Special thanks to inzu and Abhi. It’s one of the best hotels in town. A couple of things could be better: wedding parties sometimes go on until 2 am and definitely affect your sleep. The hotel is at the edge of town, with no shops or restaurants nearby. The closest restaurant is about 3 km away.

Our company tried the open buffet for Ramadan Iftar, and we were extremely satisfied with the tasty food and great service. The staff were very helpful, especially Ms Aysha, who handled our reservation and made the arrangements easy.

My visit went smoothly and was enjoyable, thanks in part to the restaurant team. Munir was helpful and professional, and made sure I was comfortable. Rashid also made me feel very welcome, and his service was excellent. Much appreciated.

The lobby felt calm, elegant, and well organized from the moment I arrived. Braira hotel may have a four-star rating, but my experience felt more like five stars. I found the rooms relaxing as well as attractive, with comfortable modern furniture, thoughtful lighting, and plenty of care in the details. The restaurants were outstanding, the coffee was excellent, and every cuisine I tried was well prepared and presented. The lobby coffee shop is a cozy place to unwind, whether you're meeting someone or sitting by yourself. waiter mohammad razib was welcoming and professional, and made me feel valued. I appreciated how consistently the service, dining, and facilities all came together, and how well looked after I felt.

Mr. MD Tareque from housekeeping made my stay especially comfortable. He was attentive, supportive, and professional. Braira Alrass was clean, calm, and well maintained, and I had a pleasant, comfortable stay. It seems well suited to business trips or family stays. The hospitality was warm, and I'd recommend it. I look forward to coming back.
