Desert Rose

For two nights I paid 240 riyals. The room was very good, with a nice bathroom and a working TV, though it had no kettle, tea, or tissue box. Room service was quick and the staff were very good. The lounge downstairs was spacious and had a cafe, and I enjoyed FIFA 2022 there. There's a petrol station nearby and lots of food options in this ideal location. The hotel has only a few parking spaces, but there is more parking next door. Highly recommended.

The lobby cafe served delicious drinks at very cheap prices, and the hotel owners even invited me to have coffee with them and paid for mine. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the hotel itself is in a great location. I'll definitely stay here again.

Room service was poor too. I asked for a towel four times before a worker finally brought it at sehri time, while I was asleep, then knocked on the door five to ten times and disturbed me. If you need anything, you have to keep reminding the workers. Management is very bad. The receptionist on duty at night agreed to print an invoice, but in the morning another employee asked why I hadn't informed them. It seems you have to tell everyone at reception that you need an invoice. I was an hour late for duty because of this. I will never recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness was very poor. There was no drinking water, tissue, or towels. The elevator was too small, and the POS machine wasn't working.
