Nice and lovely.

The room felt cramped, barely big enough for one person, and there wasn't a comfortable place to sit. I think leaving out the extra bed and using that space for a small seating area would make the stay much more comfortable. The apartments are well placed near amenities, and the cleanliness, staff, and service were all very good, so it was a good experience.

The location is excellent, with a grocery store, restaurant, coffee shop, laundry, and gas station right below. The apartments are beautiful, very clean, and smell lovely. Cleanliness especially stood out to me. The cheerful reception staff were lovely, and whenever we needed help, someone came as quickly as possible. May God bless them. The place was clean, but the service had its problems. They seemed to ration basics like hand soap and tissues as if they were gold. At checkout, calls started from 11:00 AM, and the Egyptian receptionist with the mustache kept ringing me. I answered at 12:30 and asked him to give me a little time, but he said the attendant would be right out. He was incredibly rude. Then the porter knocked very hard and told me, “Hurry up, there's a customer!” I've stayed in many places and countries, and I've never been treated like that at checkout. They need to be more flexible. It felt as if the next customer was already at the door waiting to enter and I was the one holding things up. I hadn't even checked in until 5:00 PM. To be fair, though, the Egyptian receptionist was very, very respectful, and I only ever received kindness from him.
