Everything about the stay felt lovely. The team were exceptionally well trained, and the service was outstanding. Easily the nicest hotel around here.

If you have another place to stay, I'd choose it. The AC ran loudly the whole time and wasn't automatic, and room service would knock then walk straight in without waiting for an answer. The gym is tiny, with three dumbbells and machines that don't work. Internet access was limited to two hours, if I could get connected at all, so bring your own. Fine for sleeping if there really aren't other options.

I asked reception for a different room and never got a reply. The hospitality was poor, and even a decent room costs too much.

The AC didn't work. We raised the issue, but nothing was done, and when we asked to check out right away they refused to refund us. It was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it. Management should address the staff, including room service and the male receptionist.
