The gym was a joke, with old, broken equipment, and the bathroom could use renovation. The toilet also didn't work very well. The suite itself is spacious and has a basic kitchen, while breakfast was basic but okay. For this region, the price feels high and should be lower.

The front desk staff were especially kind and cooperative, and the stay was good value. I'd recommend this hotel for a one-night stop while traveling to Madina or on the way back. It's the best hotel for that kind of stopover.

I stayed quite a while, and it was very comfortable. The reception staff, especially brother Mohammed, made me feel at home. The hotel was clean and well arranged, with excellent service and a perfect location. Thanks to the management and staff.

The location is amazing, and parking was very good. I stayed for three weeks on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Breakfast was sent to my room, and housekeeping was very good as well.

I was comfortable throughout my stay, and the staff provided all the amenities. I'd recommend this hotel to others and plan to come back soon.
