Shamseer, Ronald, and Apon worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of at the Iftar party yesterday. Their hospitality was outstanding. The food was delicious too, with every dish flavorful and well prepared. It was a great experience.

At First Grand Hotel, I found the rooms and public areas very clean, with no unpleasant or cigarette smoke odors. That made my stay comfortable and relaxing. Dana at reception welcomed me warmly and checked me in efficiently, and Mohammad was professional, helpful, and clearly cared about guests’ comfort. My stay was excellent, and I’d highly recommend this clean, quiet, well-managed hotel.
