The breakfast was great and nicely presented, and our room was beyond what we expected. Ms.Fadak Mahdi welcomed us warmly and got us settled within minutes. Everyone was professional, and we really enjoyed our short family trip. Thanks to Golden Tulip for making our year-end travel memorable!

From the lobby to the room, the place exceeded what I expected. Fadak Mahdi greeted us so warmly, and she was very professional. The rest of the team were professional too. We had a great stay, keep up the good work.

There was no hot water in December. This place is a rip-off and a scam. Only stay here if you don’t need water or a shower. It deserves zero stars. Edit: If hotel management replies here saying the problem never happened and my room had hot water, that’s an outright lie. Guests, beware.

Ahmed Abdullah, the hotel manager, was kind and hospitable. He showed me local sites and offered to take me and my colleagues out after work. The customer service, food, and interior were all beyond what I expected. I had a very pleasurable stay at the Golden Tulip. True Saudi hospitality, thanks to the whole team.

The location is amazing, close to all the best places, and the staff are generous. Breakfast is delicious and the service is wonderful. The rooms are good but could use more improvement, and hot water isn’t always available.
