The reception team was polite and helpful, but the room had several problems. The bed was very uncomfortable, the toilet shower leaked, and there was no microwave. They also didn't provide drinking water, glasses, or plates, so I had to buy water myself. For the price and service, I wouldn't consider it suitable for families.
The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Nice hotel and service, and I'd definitely recommend it.
A practical place for a quick sleep and freshen-up, especially if you're heading to the Industrial area. The room was OK, but the washroom felt makeshift, and its mirror and shower need repairs. Keep your expectations modest.
