I stayed here for 7 months, paying 5 grand per month, but it felt like a new client mattered more than a long-term guest. The owner parks in the carport and blocks others from getting through. Staff have very limited English; people nod as if they agree, then after a long wait you realize your request still hasn’t been handled. The facilities are above average but poorly maintained, and the price is far too high for what you get. Big families staying here can be very disruptive, with kids running around noisily late at night while staff say nothing. It makes it hard to relax. Very unprofessional, with money put ahead of service.

I stayed for 3 days. The room was nice and spacious, and they gave me extra time to check out. The Misjid is across the road. But the internet is really slow, there’s no stove for cooking, and hot water runs out very quickly. Everything is far away, with no shop nearby.

The kids’ playroom inside the hotel was the thing I liked. There’s also a mini gym for males only, and a lovely little park behind the loud mosque. The Cornish is only a 5 min walk away. Service wasn’t anything special. The mosque across the street was so loud that my family moved to a room on the other side to get away from the noise waking our baby girl. WiFi is free, but the signal is usually poor or limited, and the cleaning really needs to improve.

The bed linen and furniture were very poorly cleaned, and there were no services. Even getting the insurance amount back came after a lot of trouble. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Our unit was big, neat, and clean, with a fridge, kettle, plates, cups, and microwave. They brought an electric stovetop when we asked, and parking was easy to find.
