The reception area was good, but the apartment itself was disappointing. I booked two bedrooms and found a damaged wardrobe, a bathroom with a bad smell that wasn't clean, and no towels. The WiFi was horrible, and they didn't even give me the password. In the kitchen, there was no stove burner or electric kettle.

Moving between apartments didn't solve anything, since each one had a couple of problems: a broken tap, damaged shower, TV that didn't work, and no working internet. They also ignored my complaint about the AC. The receptionist, a Bangali guy, behaved badly and had a poor attitude and responses. A terrible stay, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The door edges are sharp enough to cut your hand. We complained several times, but nothing was done. Room service wasn't proper, and vehicle noise disturbed us at night. It may be OK for bachelors, or perhaps just a husband and wife, but it isn't suitable with a child.

The reception was good, and there was a fridge in the kitchen, but no stove. The WiFi was very bad. The bathroom smelled bad and wasn't very clean.

It's affordable and quite close to Al Nakheel mall Dammam in Al Fursan district. The area around it is still developing, and the place is a fair way from the city center.
