I don't usually leave comments like this, but the room wasn't clean. The floor was sticky, something I've never come across in a hotel or apartment before. The washing machine leaked when we used it and didn't work properly, so I had to put a towel down to soak up the water. I hope the service improves and the hotel's reputation is looked after.

We stayed one night, four of us, and the rooms were spacious. The service was great, and we were able to watch AFCON games on TV, which are usually scrambled. The kitchen had no cutlery, though.

The room had a lovely fresh smell, and the hotel was very clean. We could hear voices through the washroom connection to another room, which felt uncomfortable. A bit more choice at breakfast would also improve things.

At 10pm I had no real option but to stay, since going out to find another hotel wasn't possible. They gave me a one bedroom apartment instead of the two bedroom I had booked, and charged 650 riyals even though the app listed that apartment at 552 riyals with tax. The booking service was very bad. Confirm your reservation and that a room is available before you arrive. The whole thing was disappointing and unprofessional, and I didn't expect that kind of treatment. May Allah guide them to good advice and the right path.

The stay itself was good, but communication is a big problem for locals if you're from another country. The staff don't speak or understand much English. They used to offer a breakfast buffet, but it's closed now.
