Sheraton Dammam Hotel & Convention Centre

Chef Tek and Chef Rutik prepared really good food, and the restaurant was cozy for a meal. Special thanks to Sir Marlon at Da Vinci Italian Restaurant for such pleasant, excellent service. Highly recommended!

Breakfast had good quality and plenty of variety, and reception staff were friendly. The lobby is nice, and the place felt clean and safe. Dinner at the Da Vinci Italian restaurant was excellent; Marlon hosted and served the whole restaurant with real class and hospitality. The room made the stay uncomfortable, though. There was no hot water in the shower, the paper thin sheets were awful to sleep on, and the temperature swung between freezing and hot with no control. Everything in the room felt old and dated. Room service wasn't good either: my salmon was overcooked and the vegetables beside it were raw. I called three times about laundry, but nobody came. I also called twice about a box delivered there for work and got no reply or delivery, so I went down myself. They kept mentioning someone else's box and were ready to hand it over, but when I asked them to check again, mine was there. One day there was no toilet paper in my room. I called, then ended up going to the front desk to ask them to send some up. I guess they must be very short staffed.

Chef Akash made our dinner at Fayrouz Restaurant in the Sheraton special. He came by after we were seated, asked what we liked, and gave thoughtful recommendations beyond the menu. We followed his suggestion and ordered the Chicken Seekh. It was the most flavorful and perfectly cooked dish I've had in Dammam, without exaggeration. The spices were balanced, the meat tender, and the presentation was masterful. Fayrouz has a lovely ambiance, but Chef Akash's skill and genuine hospitality are what stood out. The whole hospitality team helped make the experience extraordinary. If you're looking for a meal made with skill and heart, ask for Chef Akash's recommendations.

Vienna cafe was a highlight, especially thanks to Princess and Lilian, who were friendly and efficient. I hope to visit again. The lobby had a relaxing feel, and the restaurant food was delicious. My experience at sheraton hotel dammam was amazing, and the hotel didn't disappoint.
