We got there at 1 am after booking on agoda app, and the reservation staff greeted us with a smile, which made a nice first impression. Our room was spacious, with two bedrooms, a washing machine, and a fridge. Towels, utensils, an iron, and an ironing board were available on request. It was clean, tidy, and comfortable for an overnight stay, though the toilet had a strange smell. We missed the included breakfast, but when we asked about it, the morning receptionist was rude and sarcastic. Her tone spoiled the mood, and I think management should address how staff communicate with customers and make sure they treat people fairly regardless of nationality.

The reception staff were friendly, but the hotel needs a lot of improvement. The bed sheets had plenty of stains, and the two-bedroom apartments had no iron or washing machine. There were no cups or kitchen tools despite the kitchenette. Shops and other services also take a short walk or drive to reach.

The apartment had a bedroom, bathroom, and open lounge-kitchen, with a clean room, fresh sheets, and a spacious cupboard. Breakfast was the same each day and delivered when we called during the set hours. We could choose tea or coffee, and they brought an iron and board when requested. Parking was free, but getting into the space takes real driving skill. Two plugs were short-circuited, and I forgot to tell the staff. Using the geyser gave me an electric shock at the shower faucet, and the steel board for the bedroom headboard lamp was short-circuited too. Those need fixing.

The rooms are super clean and come with toiletries, water, coffee, and tea. There’s also a pool, kids area, and gym for guests. It’s a nice hotel with the basics covered at a very good price. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in the Eastern Region.
