The staff were accommodating, especially Miy at reception, and that made the experience even better. This was my fourth visit, and it has always met my expectations. The room was very clean, with a luxurious feel, and the parking lot was spacious. Great job taking care of your customers. 😍😍😍

They kept me waiting for about 10 minutes after checkout because they wanted to inspect the room before I left, even though I had only stayed one night. It felt unnecessary and was not good behavior. Staying here was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t come back or recommend the hotel.

I booked for three days but ended up staying one. They changed the dates and refunded me for the other two days. The apartments were very clean, with a cozy bed and shower, and everyone from reception to top management was excellent. I’ll definitely visit again if I go to alkhobar. Thank you.

My wife and I stayed at the Orient Jewel Hotel for over a month, and we had a very positive experience despite having read some negative reviews. It’s a new hotel in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with contemporary design and immaculate cleanliness. The staff were respectful and helpful throughout. The morning reception team, both men and women, were kind, and Alaa at the night reception was very helpful too. Muhammad, the manager, went out of his way to help me with matters unrelated to the hotel. I also met the owner, who kindly moved his car so I could park mine. The hotel is popular and busy, and from my experience it’s easy to see why. I look forward to returning with my wife next year, and would recommend it to anyone seeking a five-star stay at a reasonable price.
