I stayed one night, and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and Chef Amro was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with whatever you needed. Room service was quick, and the reception staff were very kind and extremely helpful.

I highly recommend it. It may be the best and cleanest hotel in Ha'il, maybe the only one. I really hope they keep up the same level of cleanliness, because it’s so hard to find a place like this in Ha'il.

The outer lobby is perfect for dinner with your partner this season, and I liked that they have a mini gym. You should try their coffee from Lucia. It’s a cosy, peaceful place with a luxury vibe, lovely for introverts. I loved staying here. Special thanks to Mr Fauaz and Manager Muhammad Moosa for their amazing hospitality.
