Millennium Hail Hotel

The spacious rooms and extremely comfortable beds made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay at Millennium Hotel Hail. Cleanliness and room size are real strengths. One inconvenience is that nobody answers the phone number listed on the website and Google Maps, which makes inquiries or reservations difficult. A good stay overall, but communication needs to improve.

The spacious, comfortable room was a plus, and one receptionist later in the day was much nicer. They replied to messages and let us check in late. But the service overall felt cold and unwelcoming. No one offered to help with our luggage, and the breakfast staff weren't warm. The hot chocolate machine wasn't working, and all we got was “I don't know.” Reception also gave us wrong information about the kids' pool. The padel court was the biggest letdown, especially since the hotel promotes it as a key attraction. When I first asked, staff seemed confused, gave unclear directions and weren't helpful. Reception later said guests could play free. At the court, though, the lady near the gym said it wasn't free and guests only got 50% off, bringing it to 57.5 SAR per hour. After we played, she charged 57.5 SAR per person instead of per court, completely different from what we'd been told. There were no balls, no one properly managing the court, and the court was in poor condition. There was even a dead bird inside, which says a lot about the maintenance. Charging more than professionally managed padel courts in Riyadh for a facility like that is honestly unacceptable. For a hotel in this category, kindness, clear communication and basic service should be the minimum. Sadly, those were missing. Definitely not coming back!

Mr. Ahmed El-ramly made our visit memorable with his hospitality and generosity. The Ramadan Iftar was wonderful, with delicious, fresh food presented beautifully. Everything was clean and well organized, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Highly recommended! 💐🤍

The location is fantastic, and the cuisine was good, though there were no main courses left to choose from. The salad bars are incredible. There wasn't a cold dessert like ice cream, so I hope they have some when I return 🍦. Ameerah and Allim were kind and accommodating. I'll definitely come back.
