The receptionist staff were rude, and the room wasn't properly cleaned when I arrived. There were stains and an unpleasant smell throughout. The bathroom looked poorly maintained, and the housekeeping standards need improvement. For the price, I expected much better hygiene and attention to detail. I was very disappointed and wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

The view is awesome and the staff are very welcoming. The rooms are really good, and everything else was fine, but the shower water has almost no pressure.

For 230 for one night, this was a horrendous experience. Before I even touched the bed, I found a hair on it. A cockroach came out of the bathroom, there were no towels, both faucets were broken, and the soap bar looked used. Cleanliness was -1/10. Absolutely disgusting.

The balcony looks out over the mountains in a beautiful location, but it wasn't calm or quiet. The bathroom fittings were poor, the shower came off the pipe, and getting hot water was very difficult. I had a strange experience after all that, but I'm not sharing it here to avoid criticism.

The balcony setup and view are great 👌, and this seems like a good choice for business trips. They should focus on providing toothbrushes and toothpaste, and at least a bottle of water for guests in the room.
