Room 404 is amazing, absolutely gorgeous, and there is some peace and quiet. But it's very noisy, especially at night. There are no phone calls, service is poor, and reception is very bad.

The bedding and bathrooms were filthy, as if they don't clean after guests leave. It's disgusting, and I'm tired of saying it. Every riyal feels wasted. I even made myself give it one star.

An Indian receptionist wouldn't tell me the price and told me to call a number instead. When I tried, the line was busy. Unfortunately, both the service and management are terrible.

One of the worst hotels, with terrible service. If you're going to call customers and then hang up without answering them, why bother calling at all?

The rooms are spacious, with decent furniture and decor, and the prices are very reasonable. It’s right in the city center, across from Hail General Hospital. There are two elevators.
